FAQ

If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the event organizers, someone else to attend in their place. Where a registrant is unable to attend and is not able to transfer their place to another person, then the cancellation timeline applies.

• Cancellation by September 1st, 2023 (45 days prior) – Refund of 75%*
• Cancellation by September 16th, 2023 (30 days prior) – Refund of 50%*
• Cancellation after September 17th, 2023 (29 days prior) – Refund of 0%

*Refunds will include the ticket price less the Eventbrite fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined).

Conference Refunds

For payments received by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded within 45 days.

No, official ticket sales will end on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.
