Poster Session

We are excited to announce the call for abstracts for our poster session. This session aims to provide students and researchers with an opportunity to present their research to a supportive audience of fellow students, mentors, and industry professionals.  

Abstract Guidelines:  

• Abstracts should clearly outline your research, innovative idea, project, or startup concept.   
• DEADLINE EXTENDED: Abstracts must be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 6, 2023.  

Late submissions will not be accepted.  

Selection Process:  

• Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and will be invited to present a poster during the networking session.  
• Upon acceptance of your abstract, you will be required to pay for your registration in full to be included in the program.
